What is EELML Studio?
EELML Studio 0.18 is a native macOS workbench for verifiable AI work. It runs supported local models through dedicated EELML runtimes, lets the active model choose tools, executes those tools through an independent Agent Kernel, and returns typed results to the model until the task finishes or needs the user.

It is more than a chat client
A normal chat client ends with generated text. EELML Studio can turn a request into a visible execution chain containing capability search, argument validation, tool execution, Observations, retries, and a final result.
- Inference Runtime loads verified .eelml model packages and performs inference.
- Agent Kernel owns tool search, Skills, the bounded Agent Loop, execution DAGs, and typed Observations.
- The native App owns workspaces, permissions, services, model records, and the user-visible task rail.
Current release boundary
Version 0.18 is the current Personal release for one user on one Apple silicon Mac. Enterprise multi-user and managed deployment features are planned and are not included in the current download.
