EELML AI LLC · LEGAL
Acceptable Use Policy
Use EELML only for lawful, authorized work and keep a qualified human responsible for consequential decisions and actions.
This policy applies to local features when they connect to EELML services, and to all managed cloud, account, Link, and enterprise capabilities.
1. Authorization and system access
- Do not access accounts, devices, networks, files, tools, or data without authorization.
- Do not bypass authentication, workspace permissions, model entitlements, quotas, billing controls, approval gates, or security measures.
- Do not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer hosted services except under a written testing authorization.
2. Illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity
- Do not use the Services to violate law, facilitate fraud, steal credentials, distribute malware, exploit systems, or evade sanctions or export controls.
- Do not create or distribute content that unlawfully exploits children, targets people for violence, meaningfully enables self-harm, or violates another person’s rights.
- Do not impersonate people or organizations, misrepresent AI output as verified human work, or use deceptive automation to manipulate transactions or public processes.
3. Data and privacy
- Process personal, confidential, regulated, or third-party data only when you have a valid purpose, legal basis, and required authorization.
- Do not submit payment credentials, government IDs, medical records, secrets, or other sensitive data unless the selected feature requires it and the applicable security and contract controls are in place.
- Do not use EELML to build unlawful surveillance, biometric identification, or discriminatory profiling systems.
4. High-impact use
AI may assist but must not make an unreviewed final decision about employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, education admission, public benefits, or physical safety. A qualified and authorized person must review the relevant evidence, context, and applicable law.
Payments, purchases, accounting entries, deletion, publication, external messages, and similar consequential actions require the approvals configured by the customer and EELML service.
5. Content, models, and resources
- Do not infringe intellectual property or use content, models, datasets, or tools contrary to their licenses.
- Do not resell shared credentials, E credits, provider access, or model capacity without written authorization.
- Do not generate abusive volume, evade rate limits, or use automated requests that materially degrade service for others.
6. Enforcement and reporting
EELML may block a request, reduce quota, suspend a route, preserve relevant evidence, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate or stop a violation. We consider severity, intent, recurrence, impact, and available remediation.
Report suspected abuse or security issues to [email protected]. Do not include exploit code or sensitive data beyond what is necessary to investigate.
