Billing & Subscription Terms
These terms explain exactly when EELML charges, renews, changes, suspends, or ends a subscription.
Stripe processes payments. EELML does not store full payment card details.
1. Plans and orders
The checkout page or accepted order identifies the plan, billing frequency, currency, seat quantity, included E credit allowance, taxes, discounts, service start, and total due. OPS is intended for one operator. Startup Seat is billed by the number of purchased seats and may pool included usage at the workspace level.
Implementation, onboarding, integration, or enterprise support can be separately priced in a written order and is not silently included in a standard subscription.
2. Automatic renewal and authorization
Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize EELML and Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the displayed recurring amount, taxes, and expressly approved additions.
We will not add a Cloud AI overage charge merely because included credits are exhausted. Additional Cloud AI capacity requires an explicit top-up purchase or a separately accepted usage arrangement.
3. Seats and workspace administration
Startup charges are based on active purchased seats or another quantity stated in the order. Workspace administrators are responsible for assigning seats and may not share one seat among multiple people unless the order allows it.
Seat increases can take effect immediately with a prorated charge shown before confirmation. Seat reductions normally take effect at the next renewal unless the order states otherwise.
4. Taxes, invoices, and payment records
Displayed prices exclude tax unless stated otherwise. EELML may use Stripe Tax to calculate applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes based on the customer’s location and tax information. Customers are responsible for accurate billing and exemption information.
Stripe-generated receipts, invoices, credit notes, and payment status form part of the transaction record. A tax registration in Stripe does not by itself replace any registration or filing EELML is legally required to complete.
5. Failed payments and suspension
If a charge fails, Stripe or EELML may retry and notify the account owner. Access to paid services or Cloud AI can be limited after a reasonable cure period. Local functionality that does not require an active paid entitlement may continue where technically available.
You remain responsible for undisputed amounts incurred before suspension or cancellation.
6. Plan and price changes
Upgrades, seat additions, and top-ups require confirmation of the new amount. Downgrades and seat reductions generally apply at the next renewal. Material price changes for an existing recurring plan will be notified before renewal and apply prospectively.
Purchasing a plan never automatically grants access to every model. Expensive-model access, quotas, provider availability, and routing remain separate server-managed controls.
7. Cancellation and records
You may cancel through available account controls or by contacting support. Unless a refund is approved, cancellation stops renewal and access continues through the paid period. Included credits expire at the end of that period.
EELML records the accepted policy version, account, plan, price, seat quantity, billing frequency, consent time, and Stripe transaction identifiers needed to administer the subscription.
