Subprocessors
A subprocessor receives only the data reasonably needed for its stated purpose and is used under applicable contractual and security controls.
Not every provider receives every customer’s data. Cloud model providers receive request content only when the applicable online route is selected and authorized.

Data and routing boundaries
Infrastructure providers can receive account identifiers, network metadata, logs, and encrypted service data needed to operate the platform. Payment providers receive billing and transaction data. Model providers receive the prompt, selected context, attachments, tool schemas, and prior messages required for the specific authorized request.
EELML does not send local-only conversation content to a cloud model unless the user or workspace selects or authorizes an online or hybrid operation.
Changes and customer notice
EELML may add or replace a provider as the Services evolve. Material changes that introduce a new category of processing will be posted here before or promptly after the change and handled as required by applicable enterprise agreements or data protection law.
Enterprise customers that require advance subprocessor notice or objection rights should enter a data processing addendum with EELML.
